Notice of Intent to Sell
Roy City Corporation Real Property
A public hearing will be held on August 1, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Roy City Council Meeting
located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive
public comment concerning the sale of approximately 5.5 acres of Roy City Corporation
property located at approximately 1900 West 4000 South, and more particularly described as
follows:

A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Base
and Meridian, U.S. Survey in Weber County, Utah:

Beginning at a point on the West Line of 1900 West Street located 749.87 feet South 0°48’59”
West along the Section Line and 52.24 feet South 89°41’27” West from the Northeast Corner of
said Section 11; and running thence South 0°47’18” West 395.29 feet along said West Line to
the North Line of 4200 South Street; thence along said North Line the following two courses:
South 89°49’43” West 471.13 feet and South 89°59’59” West 118.58 feet to a point of curvature;
thence Northwesterly along the arc of a 15.00 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 23.56
feet (Central Angle equals 90°00’00” and Long Chord bears North 45°00’01” West 21.21 feet to
a point of tangency; thence North 0°00’01” West 351.10 feet to a point of curvature; thence
Northwesterly along the arc of a 160.00 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 30.93 feet
(Central Angle equals 11°04’35” and Long Chord bears North 5°32’19” West 30.88) to a point
of tangency; thence North 11°04’36” West 55.03 feet to an existing point of curvature on the
Easterly Line of 2025 West Street as it exists at 30.00 foot half-width; thence Southeasterly
along the arc of an 80.00 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 110.63 feet (Center bears
North 78°55’24” East, Central Angle equals 79°13’57” and Long Chord bears South 50°41’34”
East 102.02 feet) to a point of tangency; thence North 89°41’27” East 131.72 feet; thence North
81°09’36” East 50.56 feet; thence North 89°41’27” East 363.09 feet to the West Line of 1900
West Street and the point of beginning. Contains 238,769 sq. ft. or 5.481 acres
