    I want to vote in person, where can I do that?
    You can vote in person at The Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, on August 29th, 30th, and 31st. and September 1st from Noon until 6:00 p.m.
    You can also vote in person at The Weber Center on Election Day, September 5th from 7:00 am until 8:00 p.m.

    Where are the ballot drop boxes located?

    There is a drop box at the Roy City Municipal building. It is located on the West side of the South Parking lot, by the flagpole.
    There is also a drop box in the parking lot on the North side, at the Southwest Branch Library (2039 W 4000 S)

    2023 Election Notice
    Utah Code Annotated (UCA) 20A-9-203
    QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CANDIDATE ARE (UCA 20A-9-203):
    1. United States Citizen.
    2. Registered voter of the municipality (Roy City)
    3. Resident of the municipality (Roy City) or recently annexed territory for a period of 12 consecutive months immediately before the date of the election.
    4. In accordance with Utah Constitution Article IV, Section 6, any mentally incompetent person, and person convicted of a felony, or any person convicted of treason or a crime against the elective franchise may not hold office in this state until the right to hold elective office is restored.
