Candidate filing period begins June 3, 2013. Declaration of Candidacy forms must be filed in person with the City Recorder (5051 South 1900 West Roy, Utah) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Candidate filing deadline ends June 7, 2013. UCA 10-3-301.
