Good Landlord Program The Roy City Good Landlord Program is a partnership between Roy City, the owners of rental dwelling units in Roy City, and the Utah Apartment Association. Landlords will receive information with their Roy City Business License Renewal. |

General Plan Update Open Houses Every community has a General Plan and it is customary to update these plans about every ten years. Roy City will be holding several Open Houses to receive input from citizens which will be used in the update process. The Open House will be relaxed and informal – a chance for citizens to share views and questions about land use in the City. Watch the calendar for dates and locations. |
