2023 Roy City Municipal Election

 In accordance with UCA 10-3-301 notice is hereby given that the following City positions are to be voted upon in the Roy City 2023 Municipal Election:

• Council member
• Council member
• Council member

All positions are for a four-year term. Candidate filing period begins June 1, 2023, and ends June 7, 2023.

Declaration of Candidacy must be filed in person at the Roy City Recorder’s Office, located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy: between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Friday.

Primary Election to be held August 15, 2023

General Election to be held November 7, 2023

The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted in accordance with Utah State Code Annotated 10-3-301 on this 1^st day of May 2023. A physical copy was posted at the Roy City Offices and also posted on the Roy City Website and Utah Public Notice Website on this 1^st day of May 2023.
