Notice of Unclaimed Property/Evidence

Disposal is set for October 1, 2022.

The Roy City Police Department currently has a large amount of unclaimed property.

If you believe that you may have any item/items in the custody of the

Roy City Police Department, please contact Chelsea Scott at 801-774-1069 before September 30, 2022.

You must provide proof of ownership with valid identification.

After September 30, 2022, any unclaimed property will be disposed of in accordance with the Utah Code of Criminal Procedure, 77-24a-5
