Infrastructure Improvements
- Historical marker were placed at various locations around the city
- The Adopt a Trail program was launched
- Demolition of the old Cache Valley Electric building next to I-15
- Demolition of the old Chinese Buffet building by Harmons

- Installed new handicap fishing pier at the Roy Meadow Creek pond
- Improvements to Municipal Park
- Established new trail-head parking lot (32 stalls); bathroom, park bench, bike rack, water fountain, and bike service station
