Wasatch Kiwanis Club

The Wasatch Kiwanis Club serves the Roy-Riverdale community. Its members are local business people who are interested in serving and bettering their community. The Kiwanis Club focuses on evaluating children's issues and community needs on an ongoing basis.

Each year, the Kiwanis sponsosr the Salmon Bake and Youth Stomp in conjunction with Roy Days. The Kiwanis have been active in our schools sponsoring scholarships, tutoring, purchasing needed items, presenting the Hope of America awards, and many other activities.

Meetings are held each Thursday at noon. Annual dues are $300 which include the cost of the weekly lunch meetings. Please contact Tim Wilson at 721-1135 for more information.

The adopt a tree program helps to bring trees to our city parks. Adopt a tree for the memory of a friend, family member, or loved one. Imagine the legacy as your tree grows through the years and your family members enjoy the shade of the tree you adopted. Make some shade . . . . adopt a tree! A plaque will be created for the granite marker installed at each tree.
