• Swim diapers accompanied by plastic swim pants are required for all children 3 years and younger, and anyone who lacks control of defecation.

Resident 10 punch pass: $35.00
Non-resident 10 punch pass: $45.00

• Smoking & Alcohol prohibited in the facility.
• No glass containers

EVENING FACILITY RENTAL
Days: Tuesday - Saturday
Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm
Cost: $700

Interested individuals may contact the Finance Department, during the off-season, weekdays from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 774-1000.
During summer months, contact the
Aquatic Center at 774-8536.

Application Procedures:
? Reservations will begin at the Roy City offices on the first working day in January for the year.
? Reservations are accepted on a first come basis only with completion of application and payment of $700.00.
? The person completing the application must be at least 21 years of age and must be
present during the event. The person signing the application will be considered the
responsible party in case of damage, theft, or disturbances during the event, unless some other designee is approved and willing to accept responsibility for the group.
Payment Procedures:
? The $700.00 fee must be paid at the time of submitting the Reservation Application to secure the facility for a requested date. Payment may be made with cash, or a personal check.
? Tickets must be picked up at the Aquatic Center and presented at the gate for entry.
Cancellation Policy:
? Cancellations made up to seven days prior to event will be charged a $5.00 processing fee to refund. Cancellations less than seven days, forfeits the $700.00 deposit.
Liability Agreement:
? Liability agreement must be signed by the responsible party.
Staff Availability:
? Roy City staff will be assigned to meet all the safety requirements.
? A staff supervisor will be available to answer any questions about the facility during the event.
? Children under the age of 4 years must wear a swim diaper in the pools. Available at the Aquatic Center for $1.00.
BOWERY RENTAL
Monday: 11am -3:30pm or 4pm-8pm
Tues.-Sat.: 11am-5:30pm
Cost: $75 plus $3 per person
*Each person entering the facility with the party must pay the discounted admission price of $3.00

Application Procedures:
? Reservations will begin at the Roy City offices on the first working day in January for the year.
? Reservations are accepted on a first come basis only, with completed application and payment of $75. Tickets may be purchased prior to a reservation date at the cost of $3 each. If extra tickets are required, they may be purchased at the Aquatic Center the day of the event.
? The person completing the application must be at least 21 years of age and must be
