4. Consideration of Resolution No. 762 accepting a petition from Bonnie J. Adair, BJA L.L.C., to consider annexation of approximately 3.183 acres of certain real property into Roy City and directing that a public hearing be set
5. Consideration of a request from J.A. Rudy Roybal/Rudies to amend his Conditional Use Permit located at approximately 5301 South 1900 West from a lounge to a private club
6. .Public hearing to consider a petition from Susan A. Kasting to rezone approximately 4.35 acres located at approximately 5445 South 4300 West from RE-20 to R-1-10

a. Consideration of Ordinance No. 892 approving a rezone of
property located at approximately 5445 South 4300 West, Roy, Utah from RE-20 designation to an R-1-10 designation

7. Resolution No. 763 authorizing the City to enter into an interlocal cooperative agreement to form the Utah Telecommunication Open Infrastructure Agency (UTOPIA), to become a member of Utopia, to appoint a member of the Board of Directors, and to appropriate $5,250 to UTOPIA for a preliminary assessment
8. Presentation by EDA on Roy City Aquatic Center
9. Award of project for the 6000 South 3500 West water line connection
10. Award of project for the 5175 South water line feeder project
