6. .Public hearing to consider an amendment to RCO Title 34, Chapter 17, to allow miniature golf courses, batting cages and snack bars in golf clubhouses as a conditional use in O-1 Zones
a. Consideration of Ordinance No. 890, an ordinance of the Roy City Council amending the Zoning Ordinance, Title 34, Chapter 24, relating to Open Space Zones by permitting miniature golf courses, golf clubhouse with snack bar, and batting cages as a conditional use in conjunction with golf course
7. Preliminary and final approval of Royal Greens Subdivision located at approximately 2977 West 5200 South
8. Approval of a Conditional Use Permit and site plan for EB Golf located at approximately 2927 West 5200 South
9. Interim City Manager's report
