Specific areas of the facility are occasionally
involved in class activity and are closed to general public use.

A PARENT IN THE RECREATION COMPLEX AT ALL TIMES. THIS IS PARTICULARLY
IMPORTANT IN THE POOL AREA BECAUSE OF THE INCREASED RISK FACTOR
OF WATER. WE REQUIRE THAT EVERY CHILD UNDER EIGHT (8) YEARS OF
AGE BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT IN THE WATER.
YEARLY PASSHOLDER INFORMATION
Yearly passes may be purchased with payment in full or ½
the total cost of the pass down; the balance being due within 60
days from the original date of the purchase. Yearly passes provide
for admission to the facility, locker use (as available), and discounts
on classes.

Six-Month passes must be paid in full upon application.

**Passcard may be used only by the person to whom it was issued.
If the pass card is used by someone other than the pass holder,
it will be taken away and pass privileges suspended. Be sure to
report lost or stolen cards immediately.
Due to the high risk nature of this facility, we require close
parental or adult supervision
of children under eight (8) years of age while in the recreation
complex.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
SMOKING, CHEWING TOBACCO, OR ALCOHOL ARE PROHIBITED IN THE FACILITY.
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR OR PROFANITY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AND WILL
BE GROUNDS FOR EJECTION FROM THE FACILITY.
LOCKER RENTALS AND USE
Coin operated lockers are available for public use. Instructions
for use are posted on the inside door of each locker. The user of
any locker is responsible for that locker key. If the key is lost
or stolen, the user will be charges a $5.00 replacement fee.
PLEASE LOCK YOUR LOCKER.
THE RECREATION COMPLEX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ARTICLES.
ADULT MONTH PASS ( 18-years and older)
This pass may be purchased any day in the month for $25.00/resident
and $30.00/non-resident. It will expire one month from the purchase
date. Daily locker privileges are available with this pass. Some
areas may be restricted for use during this time. (See the specific
area section for schedules).
REFUNDS: $1.00 per day from purchase date plus $5.00 processing
fee. * There are No Class Discounts with this pass.
DISCOUNTED 10 PUNCH PASS
This pass has no expiration date but it must be used in the AGE
CATEGORY for which it was purchased. Daily locker privileges are
available with this pass. The person using this pass is responsible
for any key use. There is a $5.00 charge for lost keys.
REFUNDS: Surrender card reimburse unused punches plus $5.00
process fee (with receipt).

GROUP RATES
Group rates for 20 or more are available and must be arranged
at least one week in advance. Call the Recreation Complex (801)
774-1050 with the following information to receive a price quote.
1. The NAME and PHONE NUMBER of the person in charge of or coordinating
the group.
2. The DAY and TIME you plan to come.
3. The TOTAL NUMBER in the group.
4. The approximate AGE RANGE.
All information, arrangements and confirmation of the activity
will be on file in the front office for reference by the office
personnel.
FACILITY RENTAL
The Recreation Complex is available after regular hours of operation
for rental on Select Days. Application for rental must be completed
and returned with a Group Contract and Liability Waiver at least
one month prior to date of use. Rental fee for the Recreation Complex
is $200.00 for the first hour, plus $100.00 each additional hour.
This price may be increased if the group requires additional staffing.
Each group is responsible for supervision of their party and clean
up of each area. Lifeguard supervision will be provided by the Recreation
Complex.

Notice:
Proper attire is required in this area. Neither street clothing
nor swimmers in wet suits are allowed. Shoes must be worn in
this area at all times. No children under the age of 14 years
will be allowed in this room without direct and constant supervision
of a responsible adult that is aware of the dangers weightlifting
entails.

RACQUETBALL HOURS

Notice:
Reservations for the racquetball courts may be made up to
one day in advance. Passholders may telephone for court reservations
using their pass number to reserve the court. Non-pass holders
must reserve the courts in person. Reservations are taken
for one hour at a time per patron. You must bring your own
equipment. Safety goggles should be worn when playing. Black
racquetballs may not be used in these courts.

SAUNAS AREA
|
|
The sauna areas are for those patrons who are 14 years of
age or older. Saunas can be dangerous to those with specific
health problems. Exposure to high heat should be limited and
can be very dangerous, especially to children. READ
THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE WALL CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.
Clothing worn for the purpose of excessive sweating in the
sauna is prohibited.

AEROBIC ROOM AREA
|

This room is especially designated for the aerobic program
only. The general public may use this area however, if certain
precautions are adhered to. The patron may wear only soft-soled
aerobic shoes on this floor. No other type of shoe is allowed.
The patron is not allowed to take any type of beverage or
food product into this room. Anything that is wet or will
mark the floor is also not allowed. If you have questions
about any type of activity, inquire at the front desk first.
