Court Operations
The Roy/Weber Justice Court prosecutes cases involving such matters as domestic violence, assaults, drug possession, traffic safety, and small claims. Jurisdictions covered by the Roy/Weber Justice Court include Roy, Hooper, Huntsville, West Haven, and unincorporated Weber County.
Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The Roy/Weber Justice Court holds sessions Monday through Thursday.

Traffic School
The Roy/Weber Justice Court has a Traffic School program available to those that receive a moving violation.
Applicants MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS in order to attend the school. For more information, please contact the Court Clerk.
