Roy City provides water, sewer, solid waste disposal, and recycling services to the residents. New owners, both home and business, must appear in person at the Utility office to sign up for services.
A $125 meter set fee is applicable for new homes. A $10 fee is applicable for existing homes. Photo identification and proof of ownership (closing papers) is required.
